Damages and issues 

We will always do a full detailed appraisal of each item ahead of sale. However, please understand that as a clearance outlet and due to sheer volumes we handle it is not always possible to be 100% accurate and there may always be some cosmetic blemishes or slight seconds characteristics as is expected with such significant savings through a clearance outlet.

We welcome and strongly insist on viewings at our Chippenham warehouse before purchase so please take this opportunity to do so. 

Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery and inform us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged, different to advertised so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have the opportunity in all cases to view the item ahead of entering the purchase or making payment. This opportunity should be taken to review the item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Clearance item returns

Clearance items are not supplied with a warranty. All goods are sold as being fit for purpose.

Please be aware due to the nature of these items they may have minor imperfections, including scuffs, scrapes and tears. If you would like to know further information regarding the condition of an item, please do get in touch. 

We do not accept returns for change of heart or ill-measured access, it is not the businesses responsibility to ensure a product will fit inside a property.

Returns for clearance furniture, if given, will be in the form of a credit note (minus any delivery fees) or exchange must be prearranged with ourselves, you can do this by email us at info@catalogueclearanceoutlet.co.uk.
