You have found the home of genuine discounts with 2 stores based in Swindon and Chippenham. We not only have a combined 15,000sq ft of showroom space but we now delivery Nationally!

Too often companies use the phrases 'Clearance' and 'Outlet' but on inspection their prices don't seem wildly different from other retailers.

We take big brand items and sell them for substantially less due to our network of sourcing and relationships built up over years

We work alongside some of the biggest UK retailers such as Argos, Habitat, G Plan, Wayfair and The Lounge Co to name just a few.

We also stock lots of items from other big brand UK brands that the eagle eyed among you will recognise from shopping around - but our relationship with them means we can offer you upto 70% off their prices in addition to all being in stock!

We receive their items into our warehouse which are then lovingly graded by one of our team to determine their condition. Our items will be either A Grade Brand New, Overstocks, Ex display, customer returns, slight seconds or discontinued.

We then price accordingly and can offer clear, honest and transparent savings from their original price. All backed up by friendly staff and quick delivery.

NEW FURNITURE RETURNS

Goods that have to be exchanged must be retained in exactly the same condition as they were acquired. These goods must show no evidence of assembly and must be in their original packaging.

Customers must ensure that you open packaging in a manner that can easily be put back together and that all items are checked before assembling.

Goods that show any sign of assembly cannot be returned. Items that are returned incomplete will not be credited and this includes fittings, knobs, etc.

Assembled goods cannot be returned.

Customers are reminded that damage caused by assembly or misuse will not be refunded and will incur disposal charges where applicable.

Goods risk will move to the customer as soon as the goods are unloaded off our vehicles.

Drivers will only collect items which have not been assembled, in their original packing.

Where applicable spare parts will be posted to rectify problems.

CLEARANCE FURNITURE RETURNS

Clearance items are not supplied with a warranty. All goods are sold as being fit for purpose.

Please be aware due to the nature of these items they may have minor imperfections, including scuffs, scrapes and tears. If you would like to know further information regarding the condition of an item, please do get in touch.

We do not accept returns for change of heart or ill-measured access.

Returns for clearance furniture, if given, will be in the form of a credit note (minus any delivery fees) or exchange must be prearranged with ourselves, you can do this by email us at

DELIVERY ACCESS

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have checked and measured their access to their delivery room of choice. Under no circumstances will an item not fitting result in a refund of either the item or the delivery charge. Failed deliveries are extremely costly to the business and are the customers responsibility to ensure they measure and check in advance.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
